I was left with hair die all over my fore head and asked for highlights around my hair line to disguise grey temples and had block colour put on .i said I tie my hair up for work and I cannot I've had to de wash it to try and get the die off . I'm not coming back sorry

I booked my appointment 2 weeks before and rung the evening prior to my appointment, after waiting 25 minutes for my late appointment I found out that the lady I had booked with didn’t even know she had me in as my appointment wasn’t in the diary. Luckily one of the apprentices had space and managed to squeeze me in. Very let down

I was happy with my stylist but I just felt the environment was very busy and chaotic. When arrived, despite booking online they had trouble finding my booking. Due to the busy environment, I was moved 4-5 times as they could not seem to find anywhere to put us. It felt very disorganised and I genuinely felt sorry for my stylist who seemed just as bewildered as I was with what was going on. I would rate my stylist quite highly, she was polite, knowledgeable and listened well, taking into considerations my opinion.

Many patches of hair dye left, not just the angle in photo, forehead/temple as well. Really disappointed at the lack of care so I don’t feel confident going back. Shame as the environment is quite nice, but it appears they are trying to rush too many people through I have sent an email so I could show more photos and asked advice on how to remove the stains - awaiting to hear back some sort of resolution I paid £99.50 so I’m quite upset.
