Nico!a who did my treatment was lovely .. very professional. The girl on reception when I got there was excellent too,she took me up to the beauty room..but..when I came to pay, the girl then was quite off putting. I felt she needed a few lessons in how to deal with clients at such a busy, highly priced salon. I don't have her name..but she had a protruding front tooth. As I don't live nearby,I probably won't return..but did enjoy the treatment.

Danielle my stylist is brilliant. I have a short hairstyle and she cuts it well. Not every stylist knows how to cut a short style that will remain looking great as it grows.

Generally the experience I receive is always good, however there is one particular point I would like to make that would make my experience better...and others I suspect. Please could you do something about your wash basins? For years now I have had a problem with them. I am quite long in the body/tall and the basins continually fall down when the hairdressers washing hair put the slightest pressure on them. Often the rubber neck bands on the basins are missing too. The only way to try to be comfortable is to slouch on the chair with your legs dangling off.

Loved the salon and the staff were very friendly. Was left sitting around for 20 minutes after my appointment time which was a little disappointing although I love my hair cut
