Everyone is very focused on my experience. The hair wash is proficient (essential as this is a big luxury for me and this is not given enough focus everywhere). The stylists remember my preferences and are expert. The environment is great. For a stressed out worker, this is myweekly treat and is my way of showing I care about me. Thank you to all at Brothers!
