As a customer, the service I received was appalling. I was not made to feel welcome in the slightest. I was completely ignored and to be honest, it made me feel rather awkward and like I was a burden. I was not even offered a drink. While the hairdresser proceeded to make her own hot drink, and another customer also had a drink made for her but I was left without a word being said to me. I was desperate to find an Aveda salon and travelled out of my way, into Oxford, for this salon. I will not be visiting again.

My stylist cut it significantly shorter than I requested. I came in asking for a trim, and now it barely fits into a ponytail (a good 4-5 inches were cut). I will not be coming back.

After two visits to correct an error made by one of your colourists,my hair still has an orange tinge. Never happened before, and I I’ve been coming for years and usually love the colour. I really don’t feel like I was listened to at all. I have no energy left to complain again. Feeling sad :(

Unfortunately I did not enjoy my experience at this salon. My hairdresser was condescending and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. No conversation was made with me at all and I wasn’t even offered so much as a glass of water during my 3 hour appointment. The hairdresser was aggressive with my hair, especially during the blow dry, and didn’t even straighten my hair properly at the end because it seemed like they were so desperate to get rid of me! I felt there was a general lack of professionalism in the salon and it seemed like staff were just going through the motions rather than paying attention to the customer experience. I am happy to with the colour of my hair but will not be going back.

With the exception of one person working in the salon, everyone seemed unhappy to be there and annoyed at having customers.
