Although the Salon is relaxed and there is a lot of staff around, I was disappointed that during the time I had my hair washed and cut, no one really spoke to me. I listened in to a few conversations and notice that there was a difference, albeit only little things (biscuits on with my coffee or having the shampoo used explained to me, offered use of the massage chairs at the sink)in the service I received and what was happening with others. It put a bit of a dampener on the experience but I am happy with the cut.

A brilliant haircut but feel I'm being robbed when I'm charged £53 for a 20 minute trim.

I did not get the hand massage this time and it was only during the conversation that it was explained I would not have the brightness of colour I wanted. I also object to having conditioner put on my hair and then charged for it. If I am expecting one amount and it is more without checking I object. On the plus side hair colour is I have found good for sensitive scalps and hair.

I had a head of highlights which was brilliant (Sophie) but my blow dry (done by someone else was terrile). My hair was yanked about (I've never had a frankly painful blow dry before). My hair was damp when I leftvthe salon and by the time I'd walked up the road to M&S it was sticking up all over the place. I ended up tying it back. Total waste of money which was especially annoying as I'd said I didn't need a blow dry butvwasctold it was salon policy.
