Going to the hairdresser's should be a peaceful experience. It would be nice if mobile phones could be switched off and give all clients a chance to escape the fast pace of life which we now find ourselves in.

Excellent ambiance and friendly staff. I had hair colour, highlights and hair cut with Gemma. Very happy with the results. Would highly recommend Battisti.

A visit to the salon is a holistic experience comprising ; professional advice, excellent customer care, attention to detail effortless courtesy and a team committed to making the customer feel the most important person in the salon. The Aveda salon also has a range of products available. The staff are well informed about the products; always happy to give advise about the most suitable product -noticeably there is no pressure to purchase I have always had to initiate a request to see the range The staff are courteous but never invasive which is an invaluable asset

Battisti staff always welcoming and professional. Love the new salon, but do not like facing the wall while waiting for my appointment.
