I had a really nice experience at Battisti. I was looking for somewhere that I could get a well priced haircut on the Lisburn Road that was opened on a Monday - Battisti ticked all the boxes and it was an extra bonus that I could book online. My hairdresser was really friendly and was very good at talking through what she was going to do. The environment was relaxed and I liked the fact that I was given a KitKat along with my tea, it was a really friendly touch. I only had two issues to keep in mind Online there is an option for wash and cut - had to amend my booking as I had to choose cut and finish - this is an ambiguous option as I would have thought you would get your hair blow dried after a wash - why would you leave a salon with wet hair? There was no one at the reception desk when I arrived. If I hadn't booked in advance and I was a customer that popped in to get a last minute appointment I wouldn't have stuck around and I would have found somewhere else to go as it makes it seem like you aren't ready for customers.
