after selecting the price I wanted, when I spoke to the girl on the phone and after the treatment.. the price went up. so actually I was not paying £35 but £75.. will go to the local shop and stick to box dyes next time.. nice experience anyway though but a lot of money

Hairdressing service was great, lovely blow dry by Chloe but disappointing service at reception. Lacked skill and experience. I asked for receipt and could not be given one. Would still return.

The salon is fantastic. I particularly love the calm atmosphere with its decor and relaxed music. I've only been a couple of times and had just one stylist, but he did a great job, showing obvious passion and skill for the job! I would recommend Battisti to anyone.

Battisti staff always welcoming and professional. Love the new salon, but do not like facing the wall while waiting for my appointment.

A visit to the salon is a holistic experience comprising ; professional advice, excellent customer care, attention to detail effortless courtesy and a team committed to making the customer feel the most important person in the salon. The Aveda salon also has a range of products available. The staff are well informed about the products; always happy to give advise about the most suitable product -noticeably there is no pressure to purchase I have always had to initiate a request to see the range The staff are courteous but never invasive which is an invaluable asset
