Unfailingly friendly and helpful staff - atmosphere in salon is lovely. Standard of haircuts is excellent and done with little fuss and very promptly. Overall visit to Battistis is a very enjoyable experience.

Really love the new salon, much brighter and airy with no stairs. Hard to get appointment sometim but that is a good sign for the business.

I have not been to the salon in a few years and I'm really impressed with new premises. Staff are very welcoming. Catherine at reception was very friendly when I called to make my appointment. Lindzi was my stylist. She introduced herself and discussed cut and colour. She was professional and made me feel at ease. I'm absolutely delighted with the result. I had a lovely experience and look forward to my next visit.
