Worst callus peel I have ever had, I mean that was the treatments name but end up being putting some cream leave it for 20 minutes and scrape the heels of the feet for literally 1 minute, and I am being generous saying that the scrapping was for a full minute. Certainly regrettable.

Hi there, this was not a great experience. The one hour started late and finished early, it seemed that Naomi had just started and is very inexperienced, certainly not a pregnancy massage specialist. My wife had to ask for a pillow, no focus on the legs or calves, normally a focal point for pregnancy massages. After the session my Wife had to wait over 30 mins to pay. Very disappointing experience given this was a surprise, which turned out to be a waste of money. My suggestion would be to take pregnancy massages off your list if you are not going to have people available who are experienced. When I called on the Saturday and you knew you were not going to have staff on the Sunday, you should have just rescheduled. I very much doubt we will be using this branch again,

My beautician was not equipped to wax thicker hair and her manner was thereafter unprofessional. The experience was unlike previous more positive treatments at other salons.

Ive been going to the Cove Spa in St Albans on a regular basis for a few years now. The last visit was very much my last. My 1 1/2 hour facial was less than an hour, there was no massage when my mask was on which I always have and have had every time, and the beautician was on her phone texting when my mask was on instead. I felt I was rushed out of there and feel I was treated very badly. I spoke to the manager who didnt seem that bothered, said sorry and that was pretty much it. I will now look at finding somewhere more professional for my monthly treatment.

Therapist was lovely and very sweet. But so many body parts were missed and the scrub wasn't hard enough to have any affect. Ending up buying a product and doing it myself. A total waste of £40.
