My stylist was very friendly and professional. I was happy with most aspects of my treatment; to make it even better, the hair wash would have been more thorough as I could feel the hair was still dry on the back of my head when she put on the shampoo. I also mentioned that the area around my ears was the most in need of a deep conditioning treatment but she didn’t seem to take this onboard and didn’t apply the conditioner to that area.
