I was about 5 mins late but still greeted in a welcoming manner. I was offered much welcomed drinks and mince pie and stylist, Helen, immediately engaged me in relevant chat which helped me relax when feeling stressed and tired. Thank you.

I have had Emma as my hair stylist for many years. It took me a long time to find her, but she was worth the wait. I only use the salon 2 to 3 times a year for full head high lights, cut and blow dry, but each time it feels like talking to an old friend (even though she’s half my age! ) She knows exactly how I want my hair and is very proficient. I can’t see myself ever changing hair salons, unless Emma left.

Mistook theme of my appointment but Helen still saw me and I didn't feel rushed. Helen is always easy to chat to and remembers details about my family. Enjoyed my visit as always.
