I realise that we are going through difficult times but I thought the meeting when I arrived at the salon was poor this time. Not only does wearing masks/vizors make it difficult to hear or see who is talking to you but speaking from the top of the stairs is less than ideal. When I reached top of stairs the person immediately turned around and because I just had to follow thought this was somewhat rude. Luckily this is not normally the way I've been greeted in the past (even since reopening) when it has been very friendly.

Phoned salon to say I wasn't completely happy with my hair colouring from previous day's appointment. They fitted me in and did a colour correction. Really pleased with the service and outcome. Thank-you 😀
