Environment is bright, open and looks professional, no unnecessary frills. Good selection of complimentary beverages and reading materials. Pricing maybe a little steep for some but you get what you pay for. Staff always pleasant and eager to please. Maybe another chair with leg-rest at washbasins. Unable to comment on beauty facilities as not used. All in all a very satisfactory and pleasant experience with an end result always what I ask for. Thank you.

Despite a text confirmation last Friday for today's Tuesday appointment and having booked via the App last month paying a deposit, I turned up to find I wasn't on the computer bookings at all! Luckily Helen was able to give me enough time to have a wet cut which was a great relief. I should have had the colour done as well but was ok with booking that in at my next appointment. By way of compensation She gave me a free bottle of shampoo for which I am. very grateful. We can only assume there was a human error which happens; no problem.

I was a little late due to the traffic but Helen still saw me and although more rushed than usual she still managed to complete my hairstyle with her usual skill.
