The student who did my treatment was so lovely and professional , it did get cold in the room and felt a tad exposed , this is just the college environment not the service provided will definitely be back for different treatments

I was booked in for a Jessica pedicure which was lovely but I thought I would get exroliation and hard skin removal as part of the pedicure A little disappointed

Had a leg wax. Service good, aftercare advice good. Only negative was treatment took one hour not 30 minutes as detailed.

Shame the spa wasnt up to standard of our last visit - no slippers, drinking water, cloths to be able to use products in spa, steam room not working and unfortunate accident with the steam machine during facial. But everyone was professional and the quality of the rest of the treatment was good just a shame the incident didnt make for a relaxing visit - I would go again but not choose steam treatment :-)

Today I was disappointed. I attend the college every 4-6 weeks for a one hour facial. Today from collection in reception to drop off in reception was 40 minutes, I did not get value for money although I was discounted 10%. I would be happier to pay full price and receive the full hour.
