Student skill levels were thorough and professional, but assumptions were made about my bookings which were incorrect and caused some confusion.

Paris did a good job. Areas for improvement: draping the face whole, she missed my feet, didn't ask if I wanted oil in my hair. Talked alot to her friend, which disturbed the atmosphere. Lily was very friendly and made conversation, but missed quite a few patches and didn't go high enough up on the legs. The receptionist charged £5 more than the email stated. Wish them all well on their journeys x

I was very disappointed to pay £14.50 to have 1/2" cut off the back of my hair, I've never paid this before and apparently it's in there new pricing system, however there prices are not on display so it wasn't until I got my bill this came to light, so a retouch and trim was £35, which is only £4 cheaper than my salon.

All the staff were lovely and friendly .just wish a bit more time and effort went into the pedicure .

The Spa area is all good. This was my third visit - the first time I came with with my 3 sisters in September - the showers were not in order and we used the mens/disabled showers between us. I came last week and the ladies shower on the right kept overflowing as the water was not going down the plughole. I had to get out halfway and change to the other shower - I highlighted this to the receptionist as I paid and left. I came yesterday and I was asked to use the men's showers as the ladies showers kept overflowing. I got in and tried to adjust the shower head and the whole shower/rail/ fell at my feet just missing them! I then highlighted this to the receptionist and used the one of the ladies showers that was working- Overall the designs of the showers is not very good - very constrained. Not a very good experience in the shower department.
