I was so pleased with my hair appointment today. Lilly did a colour cut and blow dry on me. She was very confident and professional and I would be very happy if she did my hair for me again. Lilly consulted both myself and the member of staff who was in charge to ensure she was doing everything correctly. She knew the colour and the products to use without having to ask for assistance. Lilly made me feel comfortable as soon as I went into the salon and was very respectful of my limited ability to walk unaided. She was very polite, friendly and upbeat in manner and a very lovely person. Thank you Lilly you have made me feel like a million dollars today.
