The room needs to really warm especially when your having a massage, I feel quite cold laid there. ‘Put the heating up high’ to mae it a more pleasant experience

Extremely professional from start to finish. Greeted by lovely friendly staff. My hairdresser was very professional great knowledge & amazing at her job. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

The facial was amazing highly recommended the treatments and students there very respectful and knowledgeable and I felt so relaxed in the environment. The hair salon was very unorganized no member of staff seemed to know who my appointment was with after some time sat waiting I was taken through by a young man who seemed angry about someone called Polly, he rushing around like he was running late for something. Which made me feel very rushed and unable to relax. He did ask if I wanted my hair styled or any products on it but to be honest I just wanted to get out of the hair salon.
