Had my roots recoloured by a 2nd year student. She was very knowledgable even though it was her first time. Supervision was excellent by the tutor. Overall a relaxing pleasant experience and my hair looks fabulous!! Thanks everyone xx

The experience was great as usual apart from the fact that I was treated in the main salon rather than a private room and there was a group of students chatting and laughing all the time I was there which was very distracting and meant I didn't get the relaxing experience that I was hoping for. Jess my therapist picked up on this immediately and went to speak to them which unfortunately did not seem to have any effect. I appreciate they may have been practising or doing some training but it was very intrusive. I think this is a very important learning point for their future careers.

The stylist was chewing gum throughout the time she was doing my hair as well as checking her phone. This seemed unprofessional.
