I very much appreciate that the answer phone problems seem to have been resolved and I did not have to wait long before Lesley , on Reception answered my call . As always , she was courteous and efficient and soon had me booked in. I had a luxury pedicure , ( level 2 student ) luxury manicure ( level 1 student ) and a Full Body massage ( level 3student). Each student was a great example of excellent teaching , in appearance , attitude and knowledge . All gave aftercare advise in a very pleasant way . All were a great advertisement for the courses they are undertaking. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you all.

It would help if treatments could be spaced so if you have a pedicure or manicure they could be done early in my treatment session giving them time to dry before leaving the beauty salon. Invariably I have to hang around to allow nails to dry but never yet have I got home without smudging the nails and having to remove the varnish at home and re do the varnish which seems such a shame when the trainees have worked so hard and also a waste of money for me. I love the experience at the salon the trainees are so friendly and professional and trainers to.

Great salon - well equipped and very professional, considering it is a training college. All of the students and tutors/staff are really friendly, and the students are checked upon at every stage of the cut/colour to prevent any mishaps. I've always walked out very satisfied with the result, and will return again.

I had my hair cut and blow dried by a lovely student called Georgia who made me feel at ease from the second she came out to reception. She was professional and confident throughout the appointment. As I have Aspergers Disorder I find having my hair cut difficult so this was a refreshing change for me to feel so at ease.

It was a shame no one had contacted me to advise my appointment time had been put back 15 minutes, or that the hot stone treatment I had booked wasn't available. Still had a lovely massage but was a little disappointed that no one had contacted me.

I have visited the revive spa on several occasions and have always had a lovely treatment, the staff are friendly and helpful, the spa area is really clean , the treatments are very reasonably priced. I will defiantly being returning on a regular basis.
