My first visit to Watkins-Wright yesterday, left me feeling very positive and confident that I was in the hands of professional and competent staff who did their utmost to accommodate my multiple requests. Louise made me feel comfortable during what could have been an awkward spray tan session and I felt that I was in efficient, capable hands.

I always feel very welcome when I go for my appointment. Nicky, the receptionist, is extremely pleasant, smart and friendly and is always ready with a friendly chat. My hairdresser, Natalie, is lovely and I trust her implicitly with my hair and I am very fussy about it. Jill runs a very good establishment and the shop is aways immaculate with excellent window displays. Being only five miles from where I live the shop is ideal for me and I have been going there for about 12 years. I certainly wouldn't change.
