I always feel very welcome when I go for my appointment. Nicky, the receptionist, is extremely pleasant, smart and friendly and is always ready with a friendly chat. My hairdresser, Natalie, is lovely and I trust her implicitly with my hair and I am very fussy about it. Jill runs a very good establishment and the shop is aways immaculate with excellent window displays. Being only five miles from where I live the shop is ideal for me and I have been going there for about 12 years. I certainly wouldn't change.
