Huge THANKS to Louisa (and Natalie!) today - my Lockdown Looniness saw a lot of at-home-bleaching applied to my long hair and it was revolting! Louisa toned it down (thankfully!!!) and gave it the most wonderful bob chop! I love it! My hair feel silky and soft, instead of hay-like and horrible!!! Thanks again Louisa x
