Thank you for making the experience feel safe. Clearly a lot of work and expense for you. The reduction in numbers made it feel rather empty- but a necessary requirement at the moment. Missed the coffee too!!

It was lovely being back for a cut and colour today. Natalie and all the staff were so welcoming and the salon feels like it’s running these new rules and safety measures effortlessly. Faultless as normal and I’m loving my hair again. Thank you so much.

Very impressed with the socialising distancing, a lot of thought and planning gone into it, felt totally safe.As always pleased with hairstyling and professional advice, plus friendliness of staff.

Obviously things have had to change due to Covid restrictions and Watkins and Wright have done this really well. My experience was ‘normal’ and for that I’m grateful. The only reason I’ve rated the ‘overall environment’ as 9 and not 10 was the wash basin area being a little daunting with the new partitions put up. However when hair was being washed it was all fine
