Obviously things have had to change due to Covid restrictions and Watkins and Wright have done this really well. My experience was ‘normal’ and for that I’m grateful. The only reason I’ve rated the ‘overall environment’ as 9 and not 10 was the wash basin area being a little daunting with the new partitions put up. However when hair was being washed it was all fine
