Having my hair done is my treat for me as a mom of 3 children. I feel it is important to feel comfortable and at ease in a salon and Watfords 389 tick both these boxes and more. From the moment I enter until I leave I have always received a genuine professional, warm and friendly approach and this partnered with a relaxed atmosphere makes the perfect place to have the best hair team of staff to do my hair. Not only do they listen to me as a client, they also advise without pressure - and communicate and support each other with ideas and views with a shared goal to deliver the best possible service. I would recommend anyone of any age to this salon. A true example of hard work and dedication. Excellent.

I have always hated the hairdressers. Watford 389 was recommended to me by a family member so I reluctantly went to see who this Craig guy was. Well he is lovely and so are the rest of the staff. I finally enjoy having my hair done and come away and leave it rather than wash it and try and fix it. They are an amazing bunch of people, I can't wait for them to do my wedding day too :)

My experience at this salon has always been a good one. The staff are always very curteous, polite and extremely hekpful in whatever your request may be. They put you at your ease at once should this be your first hair appointment with them. They are always very polite and I would not hesitate to recommend this salon, its staff, their expertise to my family and friends. First class service.

I wouldn't use any other hairdressers, staff are pleasant and professional and the service provided is excellent. Both my husband and myself use the salon. Kathy reading

Over the years I have used various hairdressers, but none compare to the service, expertise and knowledge of Watfords. In particular Craig, who takes the time to discuss any questions or address any concerns you may have about your visit. He listens, advises and is very sincere and honest about what you want to achieve and what you can actually achieve. I always get compliments from complete strangers about my hair since using Watfords, I will certainly keep returning time and time again.
