This was my first time visiting the salon. I was very nervous as I was undergoing a dramatic colour change. My plans were discussed during a consultation prior to my appointment along with a colour test patch which there was no problem with it all. My appointment was a long appointment due to a major change. Carrie who did my hair was just amazing! She discussed everything with me explained what she was going to do and made me feel really relaxed. All of the staff at the salon were really welcoming provided me with drinks and biscuits throughout my visit. I was so pleased with the results and I’ve already have my next appointment booked. Would highly recommend an excellent or round service.
