Staff was really nice and hard-working. I got a balayge which took 3.5 hours. A little bit disappointed with the outcome, but it's okay since it was my first time.

A beautiful salon, always very clean and up to date. Do not feel exactly pampered though. Would like a longer and more luxurious shampoo session. Feel a little hurried. Realise treatments are expensive but wonder why men pay so much less than women for a cut and blow dry?

My husband's hairdresser came yesterday to do his hair as he cannot get there now. He was shocked at mine and asked if he could at least neaten it up. Sorry to complain but I was v surprised/shocked. As you know I have a great affection for you and the salon over a very long period of time but ... Cosette

Unprofessional service given. My hair was not cut evenly at all and was not styled properly, due to not knowing how. One side is longer than the other, with a big long bit of hair on the right side not cut. My fringe is also two different lengths and not even at all. Unfortunately, I had only noticed how uneven the cut was later on in the evening, as I had my hair in a claw clip as soon as it was done, as I wasn’t happy with how it was styled. Overall very disappointed with the experience and would not return to the salon in the future.
