My usual colourist was ill, so booked in with Nicola. Spent quite some time asking me about my needs and immediately felt confident she could do what I wanted. Always difficult when being put in the hands of someone else! Needn’t have worried, she did an absolute brilliant job. Very thorough, very caring. Cut and blow-dryed by Toni, again a ‘first’! Had photograph with me of how I wanted it styled and she interpreted it to perfection. Thank you to both girls, couldn,t ask for more
