After being a happy customer there for a couple of years, my usual stylist left and the last couple of visits have been disappointing for different reasons - one time because the colour was patchy (done by a stylist I hadn't booked who declared half way through she didn't really know what she was doing with colour). My latest cut (by someone else, who managed the colour fine) is simply unmanageable at home - seriously lopsided layers I can only disguise by tying my hair up every day and hoping it grows fast - though of course by then the colour will need redoing.

This was my first visit and unfortunately I won't be returning. After having my hair washed, I was left waiting for my hair stylist for over ten minutes with a towel around my head. My stylist was not particularly talkative, which was fine, but he skipped introductions and went straight into handling my hair and asking what I wanted. My hair cut was fine but there was an unbearable amount of product in my hair when I left, leaving it feeling sticky and uncomfortable. I actually washed my hair as soon as I got home. Not the friendliest or most professional experience, I would expect more especially for the price.

The hairdresser was not listening to what I wanted and was focused more on another customer at the same time. Unhappy with the look and shape of my hair.

When I called to book the appointment, I was quoted £45 for the haircut. The salon had a power outage during the haircut, so the dresser cut my hair without any bright light (~35 mins). He couldn't dry my hair but assured my it would look good when it dried at home. Then still charged me £45 for the cut. He said it should have cost £50 but was giving me £5 off because he couldn't dry it... but £45 was the price I was originally quoted anyway. I got home, my hair looks frankly nothing like the picture I showed for reference. I look like a boy. I feel as though if my hair was dried and styled then maybe I could have told the hairdresser would have been able to adjust and make changes, but I walked out with wet, unstyled hair. I'm really sad about my hair and how much I was charged considering the experience.

I was not happy with this service it cost me £21.00 and when I got home I had to re do them myself. Very disappointed
