I asked for a haircut however my hair was butchered. It is so much shorter than I asked for, and I was incredibly disappointed by the lack of knowledge of curly hair. My hair is a train wreck, lots of different lengths (though you would expect a little variation in length with curly hair, I'm talking a good inch; I've had to cut it myself at home) and I'll have to wait for it to grow back before I can feel confident about it again. I asked for shoulder length but it's almost a bob at the back. Ben cut my hair as if it was straight hair, thus the varying lengths. The product advice was decent, the cut very very poor. I feel very sad about this. I would normally go to Birmingham to get my hair cut at Strand and Lock where they cut the curls. I will never go anywhere else now, and highly recommend Danny's expertise there. What a horrible experience.

Couldn't be happier with my haircut. Ben respected my natural hair texture and cut and styled my hair in a way that enhances my waves and facial features. He also gave me great advice on how to take care of my hair going forward and I can't wait to try these tips out. The young woman who washed my hair (I didn't catch her name, so sorry) was very thorough and gentle while washing my hair which made it a relaxing experience (with bonus points for the massage).

I had a fringe trim with Laura to keep my bangs in check. She was lovely as always and everyone there is always so welcoming and friendly. They always provide great service.

This was my first visit and unfortunately I won't be returning. After having my hair washed, I was left waiting for my hair stylist for over ten minutes with a towel around my head. My stylist was not particularly talkative, which was fine, but he skipped introductions and went straight into handling my hair and asking what I wanted. My hair cut was fine but there was an unbearable amount of product in my hair when I left, leaving it feeling sticky and uncomfortable. I actually washed my hair as soon as I got home. Not the friendliest or most professional experience, I would expect more especially for the price.
