Really needed my complementary neck and head massage today...lovely! I wish there was an option for it to last 5 or 10 minutes for a small fee. Harriet cut my hair beautifully again and I left feeling able to face the teeming multitudes in the Broadmarsh Centre. My only grumble, the LOUD and very unrelaxing music.

Usually great, but a real let down last time. Left waiting for ages. Nobody indicated they were running late. When I asked I was moved to another room, but still no information. Experience only retrieved by my stylist taking matters into her own hands.

Bit too warm sometimes when busy but that's my only tiny gripe. Love everything down to the slice of lemon in my glass of water.
