The haircut I got in the end was excellent and from my preferred stylist who turned out to be available. I'm very happy with that. But the customer service beforehand needs some attention. My haircut was two hours after the one I originally booked (when I accepted that my preferred stylist was fully booked for the next fortnight). It was only because I was on annual leave that I was able to make the later time, and the reason given - there's no one available to do short hair until 12noon - suggests a high level of customer care. However, if you need to know in advance whether the haircut required is for long or short hair so that you can match customers with stylists, you need to change the design of your online booking form so that the relevant info can be given when the booking is made. It really isn't good customer service to expect a customer to change their plans at short notice because you didn't ask for all the info you needed when accepting the booking. I hope you can improve this in future. If necessary, please let the designer of the web form know because it doesn't look like they understand your business fully. I've provided my first name and city because I think anonymous reviews with critical comments are a very unpleasant way to behave. And I look forward to my next haircut with you.
