Hadn't had a haircut in 6months after a cut I was unhappy with and had to let grow out. My confidence in hairdressers is restored! Maddy gave me a fabulous cut really listening to what I wanted and I've had lots of compliments on it already. I'll definitely be going back to Urban Chic

One of the nicest things you can enjoy is a regular appointment with your trusted salon. Have been a client at Amy's UrbanChic for many years. Annie, the senior stylist, makes my hair happen for me. Hair is very personal. UrbanChic totally get that. Every 4 weeks, I walk out feeling amazing, and I am guided about how to care for and maintain the beautiful cut and style in between. It is almost as important as health insurance. I can deprioritize many things, but NOT this.

Quite disappointed with my wash & style. Process was slow and style was very average. I expected a more professional finish. It did not hold at all and as such the price $91 was very shocking.

Maddy really listened to my concerns and what I was aiming to achieve with a colour change. Lovely girl, Maddy did a fab job and I enjoyed my time with her and the great colour result.
