The hairdresser I had was okay, she was quite rushed (which I completely understand with A being part-time), but missed parts of my colour. Kayla was fantastic. I really appreciated her attention to detail, her care, and just general manner. Shout out to her!

Having my hair done at Urban Chic every 4 weeks is one life's little essentials for me. Appointments are always made well in advance, at times to suit my schedule. I always leave the salon feeling happy and refreshed. The staff are very kind, warm and professional. I'm not sure how long I have been a client but I believe it is more than 15 years.
