Amy and the team at Urban Chic are professional and friendly. Amy sorted out my dry, damaged locks expertly. I absolutely love my new colour and cut. I feel I have my mijo back (folically speaking). I highly recommend the crew at Urban Chic. Toni

Probably the nicest salon environment I’ve been in, beautifully decorated, spacious and peaceful. The basins and chairs were fantastic and this is important for me as I have a bad neck and often struggle with uncomfortable basins. Carla was lovely, she was very easy to talk to, she did a great job on my hair and she didn’t keep me waiting which was great. In all honesty I did find the price a bit high as I am used to paying quite a bit less but I think I was probably on special rates where I used to go as I was there 15 years. I will certainly come back as I am happy with the experience and convenience.

Carla was very attentive and thorough, creating a color that was a bit different for me but A color that I love. All aspects of the salon and service were great would definitely recommend this salon.

What a lovely experience. I love the new salon (it is a couple of years since I was last there so not sure how "new" it is, but it looks and feels beautiful), and I got a great cut in a really timely manner. Thank you so much. I look forward to my next appointment in April!
