Even though there was an mistake with my online booking not going through into the Salon's system, the team were able to accommodate me. Very welcoming, friendly experience. Sigourney gave some great advice on how I can better care for my hair which wasn't the standard 'I've used this product, you should use it too' - she asked questions, listened to my responses and gave me options for the low maintenance routine which still addressed my concerns with my hair. Overall, great experience and I'll be back. Thank you!
