I love that Jess doesn't push extra sales on me. Please don't ever change that. I would suggest taking the hot drink order on arrival as usual, but bring the drink after the shampoo so it doesn't go cold.

I have no idea what her name is but the lady who cut my hair tonight was I think the best I’ve ever had. She did a fabulous job and I couldn’t have been happier (normally there is always something not quite right - this isn’t so much criticism of past cuts but just everyone being an individual and bringing that to the haircut which is ever so slightly different to what I’m used to, exactly how I’d do my hair etc). Tonight, my hair was perfect. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. She was a joy to talk to and it felt like I was there for about 15mins. She’s honestly the best hairdresser ive had and I hope this feedback finds its way back to her. And can you please let me know her name so I book her next time! Thank you!

Although it can be an uncertain moment when visiting a new salon for the first time, Amy immediately put me at ease with her warmth, professional knowledge and skills, as well as her willingness to consult with me at length in order to provide a service to complement my personal preferences and lifestyle. Urban Chic is a beautiful salon with a relaxed atmosphere where you'll be able to unwind and truly enjoy the experience, and leave looking and feeling your absolute best. Without exception, I've always been thrilled with the cut, colour, blow dry and the overall experience that Amy and her team provide. I highly recommend Urban Chic to anyone seeking a premium salon experience.
