My only constructive feedback is I find it hard to secure an appointment because store is closed Monday and Tuesday. It would be good if you did open Tuesdays to provide more available time options.

My first appointment at urban chic was amazing. I was feeling nervous as I had never been there before and hadn’t had my hair done in about 6 months. The vibe in the salon was great and it had such a nice feel to it. Annie sat down with me and discussed what I was wanting to achieve with my hair - she was so friendly and knew her stuff so my nerves went out the door. I’m over the moon with my colour and will definitely be back! Also a fan of the massage chairs!!

I was very nervous to try a new hairdresser but have been very impressed with the overall experience at urban chic. The staff are all super friendly, the space is relaxing and most importantly I love my hair colour/style. It’s a 30 min drive from home but well worth it. Thanks guys.
