As someone who has dealt with hair issues for a long time and has always been embarrassed to go to a hairdresser I have found a home at Tumi. They always treat me with so much kindness and empathy and make me feel so comfortable that I have never had a bad experience.

I got my hair done by the amazing Louisa Marsilli at Tumi Hair Salon for the first time and I had the most incredible experience, consultation, advice and service ever to date in my life. Louisa is the most highly skilled hair professional I have ever come across in my 27 years of treating/colouring/cutting/blow waving my hair. Not only did Louisa do the most beautiful blonde hair colour I've ever had in a one session sitting, I went from brunette to a gorgeous blonde in a matter of hours I couldn't believe my eyes, how easy and gentle the process was on my scalp and hair especially given my hair was a complete mess, in absolute terrible condition upon arrival to the salon. The customer service, atmosphere and cleanliness was impeccable at Tumi. All of the value add friendly complimentary service touches from the whole Tumi Team from beverages, massage chair, product advice and attention to detail with care in reviving my unhealthy hair status from the time I walked into the salon to the time Louisa was finished with the Blonde jaw-dropping transformation I was in absolute awe and so grateful and highly appreciative of her talent, skills and professionalism. I'm a customer for life thank you to Louisa and the team at Tumi for this life changing result everyone loves it!
