It would have been great if the appointment had started on time. I booked at a particular time because it was the only 45 minutes I had in my day to make the appointment work. I was in back to back meetings all day. However, the appointment started 25 minutes late which then made me 15 minutes late for my next work meeting. Also, no one checked if running late was an option for me. If salon timing was running late, it would been helpful to receive a call prior so I could have cancelled.
