Before having my hair done I was quite nervous to have it done by someone else as my mum who passed a few years ago was a hair dresser and would always do mine. So it had been a long time since having my hair done and it was super damaged. As soon as I walked into Tumi everyone was so polite and said hello which made me instantly more comfortable. Abbey came and talked to me about what I wanted and I felt I could communicate to her very easily. My treatment was so good and I am super happy with the outcome. She was able to inform me of their products that would fit my needs and any other questions I had. I will 100% be back and I am so happy I finally had my hair done and that it wasn’t as ‘scary’ as I thought it would have been having someone else do my hair.
