At my latest visit I had a new deep conditioning treatment, which did leave my hair feeling lovely, as the stylist said. However I was left on the back wash for the treatment, which is far too long to leave your clients with their neck in this position. I was uncomfortable during the treatment to sat myself upright. I have, however experienced neck and shoulder pain and headaches since visiting. I think it would be a good idea to look at how you deliver this treatment.
