Superb salon. Friendly, professional, incredible knowledge of many aspects of hair, always leave with fabulous hair that always lifts your spirits! Olivia the captain of a brilliant staff. My stylist is the most important person in my life!! Katrina superstar. As an oldie who has visited many salons over the decades, TP Hale is magnificent.

I always enjoy my experience at Terence Paul. Both my colourist and stylist are of the highest standard. They are both very professional and friendly and do work of the highest quality. I cannot praise them enough. However, on my last experience due to no fault whatsoever of the colourist, the Wella hair colour did not take properly. Apparently, there have been problems since Wella have changed their colours. The colourist, along with the guidance of my stylist, sorted the problem professionally and were most apologetic. They are yet to speak to the representative from Wella.

I hope all of us are customers of TP Hale remember that as we are all making sure our hair looks fab for the festive season that the Stylists, Apprentices & Ebony are working non stop long days so we all are shiny and swishy! Big thanks to all hard work of staff. Happy Xmas guys
