Top up laser hair removal on face and neck. First time with Keely, nice enough but having thought of previous experience with Karen (now retired) it doesn’t compare. Keely did ask about previous time and did introduce herself, number of years of experience,full time etc.asked what I usually have done / area on the face etc. Did say I have had experience with different/ past workers. She didn’t check the hair on my face under the magnifying glass (Karen always did); told me to put on the goggles and she asked if I wanted the stress ball; I said yes, she didn’t say Which area she was going to start with (Karen always did) so was unprepared, she did sit me up as she could see I was getting uncomfortable and said about how the cooling air could be ‘like choking’ I said yes like drowning, she did warn me when she was going to do the upper lip and then asked if she had missed something and I said yes the middle of eyebrow (2 zaps on that area) she did say I virtually had no hair said yes I was fortunate. She didn’t check the area to see if there was areas that she had missed (Karen always did). Gave me cool air and she wiped area down with the aloe vera and left me to do the cool air some more. All in all took about 12 to 15 minuets paid the £40 but felt like going through the motions and not really interested if it was thorough or not. Keely is nice enough person but next I will try someone else maybe Wilmslow branch
