We are located just a short distance away from Exeter with easy access from Junction 30 on the M5, with plenty of free parking. Environment would get a 10 but I can't stand the piped mood music - sorry.

Thank you for taking the time to send back a review. Your comments are noted about the music. The music is not piped, but we do have individual MP3 players in each room which have a selection of music on. Due to the nature of our environment the music is mostly ambient spa music. However, if you have your own favorite music on your smart phone or an MP3 player then we can play this for you through our system. It was a lovely treatment and overall great and whilst I appreciate the covidsituation and being safe as a customer and as a business, it felt a little transactional upon entry but the treatment and therapist were great

It was a lovely spa, very friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment. Only thing was that I left my nails to dry for well over an hour, as advised, before putting my shoes on - we went to the cafe and to the park - and my varnish still all smudged. Perhaps it wasn't left for long enough between each of the 5 coats? It was a bit disappointing as they had looked lovely and the treatment was £65.

Very pleased with the service I get . The only issue I have is before my first ever visit a few years back I asked if there was a loyalty scheme and was told yes after so many visits I would get a discount . This has never happened and every time I ask they blame the computer or say they will look at it next time and still nothing happens - why agree to it and then ignore it ?

Very luxurious salon with friendly and experienced staff. If you really want to enhance the treatment experience then the reception should be outside the main doors so that the conversations / noise from this area doesn’t disturb the treatments going on in the treatment rooms.

My experience - was very good overall. Lovely Therapist and treatment room. My only disappointment was that I don’t feel I got my full treatment time. I booked a luxury pedicure that was advertised as being 1.5 hours. However my treatment ended in just over an hour - with some of that time sat letting my nails dry. Ii was back in my car by 11:10. I did not say anything at the time as I wanted to double check that I hadn’t got the treatment duration wrong.
