We are located just a short distance away from Exeter with easy access from Junction 30 on the M5, with plenty of free parking. Once you are finished with your treatment, why not spend the day at the Best Farm Shop in the UK, with a world class food hall, home and lifestyle shops, 4 on site eateries, a farm walk, nature trail and more.

Nice but not amazing and I was keen for it to end. I don't think I've ever felt like this mid-treatment before. While Sam was pleasant, it was as though she either didn't want to touch me or was half invested in the treatment. I chose The Treatment Loft because you offer Elemis facials and other treatments, which I am very familiar with. However, I have had much better experiences elsewhere such as The Haven Spa in Exeter. My last beauty therapist, Paulina, unfortunately left, which is very frustrating because she always went above and beyond to make me/clients feel relaxed, comfortable, and happy. I almost suggest all your staff contact Paulina and book a session with her to understand exactly what I mean. Based on location, products, and price, sadly the treatment didn't live up to expectations.

Really lovely experience, 2 treatments couldnt fault them. However very odd that they will not confirm your booking by email even when requested, only text a day before which isnt very helpful, - other than that best spa experience yet.

I had a lovely experience at this spa all the staff were welcoming and friendly. My massage was one of the best I had and my lovely therapist Sam listened to everything I asked for and the massage felt very tailored to me and where my problem areas were. My only negative was the noise you could hear from outside the room as there’s no extra door between the reception and treatment rooms, but I soon zoned that out and really enjoyed the music in ambience in the room. Can’t wait to come back for more treatments at such a friendly and quality place.
