Discover our Infrared Sauna & Steam Room, Laser, HIFU & Microneedling treatments, carefully curated Elemis face & body treatments, Mii Manicures & Pedicures, Hot Wax and more. Devoted to relaxing, restoring and nurturing your well-being in a gentle holistic way. 


We are located just a short distance away from Exeter with easy access from Junction 30 on the M5, with plenty of free parking. Once you are finished with your treatment, why not spend the day at the Best Farm Shop in the UK, with a world class food hall, home and lifestyle shops, 4 on site eateries, a farm walk, nature trail and more.

I had a 90 minute massage with Rachel H today and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. This was my first massage and Rachel made me feel so relaxed and comfortable! She was so bubbly and kind, and really took the time to understand me. The massage I received was outstanding and so relaxing. Rachel even took the time to leave me recommendations for yoga and stretching exercises which will help in the future. I really enjoyed meeting Rachel H, and cannot recommend her enough! She is an absolute asset to Darts Farm! I will definitely be back for another massage with Rachel H!

I've been using Wellness Spa for several years now, having had it recommended by my partner. All the staff are cheerful, friendly and most importantly very proficient in the treatments offered. Special shout-outs to Sam and Kelly who (bless them) probably have a road-map of my cranky back permanently engraved in their memories. Can't recommend the Wellness Spa highly enough.
