Hi The Loft has lost its quiet, cosy and intimate and personal feel. It is now large, modern and bright. The chairs in the waiting room are hard and uncomfortable, it's like waiting in a dentist. I have had many many massages in the past at various salons and here are my comments: The room where I had the treatment was too bright, even though the blinds were closed. I did have two rolled up towels under my shoulders and the same under my knees when I was lying on my back. Great. I was not offered an eye mask, which would have helped when I was on my back, obviously. It was cold in the room, and I did not warm up at all throughout the treatment, this may be due to air conditioning. A heated blanket is always offered to be turned on, but this wasn't, and I would have said yes. The oils didn't feel very warm either and were placed near the head of the table (I think) and the therapist had to keep leaving me to get more. The therapist should not break contact with the client when getting more oil, it should be moved in reaching distance, so one hand is always in touch with the client. The music was not appropriate to the treatment and it sounded like it was coming from another room through the walls. The music actually stopped approx 10 to 15 mins before the end of the treatment, leaving an uncomfortable silence. I was offered water which was great and left in the room to relax for a few minutes. Sara who did my treatment was respectful and professional and very lovely. I did say I preferred a firm pressure, but I don't think she understood this and the massage was fairly moderate/light throughout. I wasn't told what mix of oils were being used, and I have no idea what was applied, there didn't seem to be any sort of aroma or smell to the oils. All in all I don't think I will be returning as I was very disappointed. Kind regards

Perfect birthday treat. Refurbishment is on going but does not spoil your experience. Lovely staff who listened and gave great advice and recommendations.

I had a brilliant experience at the Wellness Centre. A huge thank you to Kelly who was extremely helpful with explaining the products and the Facial/Massage was wonderful. An excellent experience and many thanks to Kelly who was very professional and kind.😊

I had a Indian head massage with wellness spa. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.They went through with me about my treatment. I would recommend to friends and family.

Loved every minute. Kellie and the lady that we had today did Deborah and Gaye in a joint room were brilliant. Friendly helpful caring and there was no rush with mum. Please can you pass this into the girls thank you one of my best body massages will be back again Deborah and Gaye Also the surroundings were lovely and relaxing

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience at Darts Farm Wellness Spa. Rachel & Sarah are brilliant at what they do and we were so relaxed that we both fell asleep at certain points during our treatments. We opted for the Peptide 24/7 Signature Ritual and it was heavenly. The spa is top-notch and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to “unwind and relax”.
