Discover our Infrared Sauna & Steam Room, Laser, HIFU & Microneedling treatments, carefully curated Elemis face & body treatments, Mii Manicures & Pedicures, Hot Wax and more. Devoted to relaxing, restoring and nurturing your well-being in a gentle holistic way. 


We are located just a short distance away from Exeter with easy access from Junction 30 on the M5, with plenty of free parking. Once you are finished with your treatment, why not spend the day at the Best Farm Shop in the UK, with a world class food hall, home and lifestyle shops, 4 on site eateries, a farm walk, nature trail and more.

I was disappointed that the gentle turquoise nail varnish I chose wasn't available, the blue I had to go for is too strong and I don't like it!

Thank you so much for taking the time to complete our survey. We are obviously delighted that you have given us a 5* rating. However, we apologise for not having the turquoise nail polish in stock at the time of your visit. We do stock over 40 Jessica colours & try to maintain a sufficient amount of all of them at all times. With the amount of colours that we stock there is usually a suitable alternative, so it is regrettable that the colour you chose was not to your liking. We would have been happy to have changed the colour on the day for you, but hopefully we will have a colour that you prefer on your next visit. Alternatively, if the turquoise is your favorite, then please feel free to call us 48hrs before your appointment & we can check the stock or try to order it for you if it happens to be sold out. The website need a complete redesign and overhaul, it looks dated and some page contain no information. Also it is hard to find the online booking page and once on it, is not easy to navigate and place a booking.

Many thanks for taking the time to complete our survey, it is very much appreciated. Yes I agree the website needs updating & it is being looked at presently. The online booking link is on the 1st page of the website in the top right hand corner. Alternatively, you can access online booking via www.mylocalsalon.co.uk The Shortcuts booking system that we use is a major worldwide salon system & generally considered to be one of the best, so whilst the website will change, the booking system will remain. You do have to register the first time you use online booking but thereafter you just need to select your requirements. Beautiful salon with lovely therapists! I have visited here several times and would highly recommend it for either everyday waxing or for something more special. The rooms are lovely and so relaxing. The therapists are so friendly and really make the experience.
